Garden Design and how we work

After a brief chat, once we've got a good idea of what you're looking for, we'll set up a site visit to meet you and check out your space in person. During the visit, we’ll ask more detailed questions, take measurements, assess the basic levels, and—if possible—bring along some material samples.
Cost: From £80 

Once we’ve done the site visit, we’ll put together a design proposal with pricing for your garden design. After that, we can provide a detailed estimate.
 

Concept plans including 3D visuals & video presentation
Illustrative, scaled plans with 3D visuals and videos to explore your new garden layout. These are sent out to you in both digital and printed formats. This provides an immersive way to see your garden come to life, giving you a full 360° view of the design.

After our initial visit, we’ll let you know if a topographical survey of your garden is needed. This is usually required if:

• Your garden is over 150 sq m

• It has steep slopes

• There are significant natural or man-made features

A topographical survey gives us precise measurements and levels, helping us get the foundations right, understand gradients, and account for any key features. It also maps out trees, underground services, and anything else that could affect the design and materials we use.
We’ll recommend trusted surveyors to carry this out, and while the survey is yours to keep, we’ll need a copy to move forward with the design.

Your design includes one free round of minor revisions. Any additional minor tweaks or major changes (over 10% of the original design or more than an hour of extra work) will be charged at our hourly rate. We’ll confirm any costs by email before proceeding
